Storno podmínky určuje Ubytovací zařízení v OP. Pokud je rezervace zrušena zákazníkem nebo Ubytovacím zařízením z jakýchkoliv důvodů 72 a více hodin před původně plánovaným příjezdem hosta, není uplatněn žádný storno poplatek.

Terms and Conditions are determined by the Accommodation facility in the Terms and Conditions. If the reservation is canceled by the customer or the Accommodation facility for any reason 72 hours or more before the guest's originally scheduled arrival, no cancellation fee is applied.

Die Stornierungsbedingungen werden von der Unterkunftseinrichtung im OP festgelegt. Wenn die Reservierung vom Kunden oder von der Unterkunftseinrichtung aus irgendeinem Grund 72 Stunden oder mehr vor der ursprünglich geplanten Ankunft des Gastes storniert wird, wird keine Stornierungsgebühr erhoben.
